3eggs
200gm flour
230gm sugar
1 tsp ovalette
150ml 100plus
pink of food colouring
1 tsp vanilla essence
Beat eggs,sugar,vanilla essence and ovalette on high speed till fluffy.
Add in flour and continue beating till thick.
Pour 100plus and mix well.
Divide the mixture into two and add a bit of pink colour into one part and leave the other plain.
Spoon the mixture into prepared cups,almost full.
Steam for 15 minutes.
